We use your e-mail address, among other things, to identify you and your account, and to communicate with you about your activities on the Website (like if you want to buy a car and have questions, or if you buy a car and we
want to coordinate delivery with you). We may also use your e-mail address to provide you with important notices about the car you purchase, including recall notices and information about any warranty extensions.

We will not use your e-mail address to send you unsolicited commercial e-mail messages without your consent. If you want to opt in or out of receiving these kinds of messages, you can do so in the Zoom settings.

As described in greater detail in this Privacy Policy, we won’t share, sell, rent or otherwise communicate your e-mail address to third parties except where reasonably necessary to provide you with the services in connection with Zoom.

Data We Collect

Anytime you visit the Website or use Zoom, we collect certain information about your visit that doesn’t personally identify you. This information may include the type and version of your browser, your internet service provider, your IP address and any search engine you may have used to find us.

If you decide to buy a car through Zoom, you may be asked to share additional information with us, including information about your finances (if you decided to arrange for financing through Zoom). In this Privacy Policy, we’ll refer to this kind of information as "Personal Information".

We use your Personal Information only to provide you with the services you request through Zoom, to provide you with information you’ve requested about our company, our products and services, and to provide you with special notices. Your Personal Information may also be used to tailor your experience on our sites by providing content that is relevant to your interests and geographic region.

In addition, you can ask us to change or delete your Personal Information by contacting our Chief Privacy Officer at When making a deletion request, please provide your name, address and Zoom login name, and clearly state your request to have your Personal Information changed or deleted.

Please note that although we will endeavor to honour all data deletion requests, we may be required to retain some information to comply with applicable law. We may also keep information about you that has been aggregated with other users’ data, in a form that does not personally identify you.

You can opt out of receiving future communications from Zoom at any time through Zoom settings. However, you cannot opt out of some types of communications that we are required to provide to you by law, and receiving certain types of communications are mandatory if you would like to continue using Zoom.
